Badass Bagel Company is a subsidiary of Assunta’s Cucina, LLC. which has been delivering results since we opened in April of 2015. The one thing that separates us from every other bagel company is that we get our dough from our baker in Brooklyn, NY made with Brooklyn water for over 50 years. The dough arrives here frozen. Our process is not that easy, you see we have to thaw the dough, let it proof, then boil, seed and bake them. It’s the ONLY way to make an Authentic Brooklyn Bagel outside of Brooklyn! Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers.
